& Objectives
Biotech Helpline is established keeping in view to promote
life sciences education and to provide a common platform
for people associated with molecular biology, environmental
science, marine biotechnology, agrirelated science, animal
biotechnology, ecological sciences and Pharma biotechnology.
The key persons in this organization are Biotechnology Researchers,
academicians, Biopharmaceutical scientists, persons from
field of Bioinformatics and chemi-informatics.
BTH is working for issues related to health, food and agriculture,
Bioethics, intellectual property, environmental science,
global warming and many more.
Our Aims and Objectives are :
To promote life science education and to provide a common
plateform for people associated with different fields of
Biotechnology.
To establish an employment information cell, where various
job opportunities available in the field of biotechnology
/ life sciences can be available for new coming Biotech
graduates and post graduates (This service has already been
started.)
To create awareness about careers in the field of biotechnology
and about various fields where biotech people can attempt
for getting jobs.
To develop a Hi-tech Software system by which all related
persons can get information regularly about latest trends
in biotech education and research.
To establish discussion forum to share the knowledge and
information regarding life sciences.
To provide database of higher education institutes and information
about study loans, studying abroad and scholarships.
To rewards meritorious students of different universities
and institutes.
To provide technical assistance for Gene Bank, Biotechnology
Park, Bioequivalence testing centres etc.
To organize education Competitions, Seminars, Workshops,
Symposiums, Essay Competition, Talent Search exams at national
level.
To recognize and facilitate biotech scholars for young scientist
awards in Biotechnology.
To organize international education tour and to promote
student exchange promote with Foreign Universities.
